I have a client with several office 2007 computers. They need to use
backwards compatible word and excel documents so I changed the default save
option on each one to 97-2003 format. The problem is the default seems to
change back after a period of time. Not being onsite I cannot tell you how
long this takes but I know it doesn't do it when you reboot or log off. Any
ideas what could cause this and how to make it perminate?
