Office 2007 settings, backing up and restoring

Does anyone know of a tool for Office 2007, like the one in Office 2003 to
backup you Office files and settings. If I need to copy my Outlook or other
settings to another computer or just for a backup, this tool is not in Office
2007.

You have to use Windows Vista Easy Transfer Wizard or the User State
Migration Tool 3.0. Neither really replace the 2003 tool, but that's all
that is out there.
