office 2007 setup error

Hi all,

i have a problem with the Office 2007. Everytime, I double-click setup.exe.
It will be failed.

After checking the log file, i found the following errors:

Error: Type: MsiGetSummaryInformation call failed.. MsiAPICallFailure
ErrorCode: 1620(0x654).
