Office 2007 Small Business licensing question

When we say small business, I am truly small with a desktop and a laptop. My
question is, do I have to by 2 copies of Office 2007 upgrade or one? Can 1
be downloaded on a desktop and my laptop or do I have to pay double and
purchase 2?
