Office 2007 SP2 cannot access the help files

Hi there,

I'm using Windows Vista x64 Business Edition SP1
MS Office 2007 Pro SP1
Intel Pentium Q6600 (quad processor) with 4 Gig of RAM
200 GB free space

After I installed the SP2 for Office all the help file not working.
When I click on the ? icon I'm getting error

"The setup controller has encountered a problem during install.
Please review the log files for further information on the error"

All office application is working fine except the help files?

I try Detect and repair and Diagnostic problem but no success

Now my SQL Server BOL not working either.
