Office 2007 Standard Upgrade

Online it states that any Office 2003 or Office XP suite will allow the
upgrade. Does this include the Teacher Student editions of each of these?
Also I don't have the Works Suite installed but I have the 2002 discs. Will
it be like before and you just have to put a disc in the CD drive to
authorize the update? Sorry if this has been asked, but I don't want to
purchase the Office Standard Upgrade and then have it not install.

It has been so stated in this and probably other Office newsgroups. "All"
really does mean "all" in this case apparently.
