office 2007 standard

I have a client that is using Outlook and Word 2007 extensively and it keeps
freezing up her computer. We can not locate the problem but I know it is
somewhere in Office 2007 std. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office 07
and scanned her computer. She has no viruses or spyware. I just updated
Office 07 to SP2 to see if that solved the problem, but it did not.

She is running XP Pro w/SP3 and it is updated.

Please help me.
