Office 2007 to RMS Store Operations and HQ.

Can Office 2007 (specifically Outlook with contact management, Publisher)
pull data from RMS store operations and Headquarters databases? I want to
easily send email updates, newsletters etc to our customers.

There is enough information as well as directions for me to determine that I
can use Office 2007 and import the information from my central server. I
