Office 2007 Trial Expired...

....but I never used it before, on this new laptop or any other. I have
downloaded it twice now and both times it has never activated the 60 day
trial, instead saying it is locked. I really want to try the 60 day trial
before I buy. Is there anything I can do?

Hi Michael,

Use Start=>Search to look for a file opa12.dat (may have to include checking for hidden files). Rename the file, restart the PC
then try to activate again.
