Office 2007 trial registration problem

I'm filling out the form for a trial of the above but it's not giving me a
country in the drop down box (I'm in the UK) and hence when I submit, it's
telling me that I haven't completed the form. I've tried free form entry but
it's not an editable field. Anyone else had this problem and if so how did
you work around it?

thanks

Hi Rosie,

If you go to http://office.microsoft.com does it show UK as your default location in the top left corner? If not, change it there
then go to http://trymicrosoftoffice.com and see if you get the UK settings. (Clear your temporary internet files first,
Start=>Programs=>Accessories=>System Tools=>Disk Cleanup

Thank you Bob for your prompt assistance.

I posted a question to the customer service team at the same time as posting
here and to my surprise they replied straight away (was expecting a 48 hour
wait!). Their response (in case anyone else is having the same problem):

"We are currently working on the Microsoft website. Therefore u could
temporarily experience difficulties in trying to complete the form and
download your product. Please allow a few hours and then try again. This
issue should be solved by about 19h tonight. Your patience is greatly
appreciated. We apologize for any inconveniences you have experienced. "

....and I just tried what you said Bob and it's working this time... Don't
know if that was them fixing the problem or your advice! Thanks again.
