Office 2007 trial version

HELP!!

I bought a new laptop on 2nd January 2010 and the trial version of Office
2007 has now stopped working - less that 60 days later. I have put in the
product key which has been accepted but when I try to activate it over the
internet there is an communications error and that is where I am stuck.

Major problem is that I need to access Powerpoint for a presentation tonight!!

Any help very much appreciated.

Your firewall is likely the problem. You will need to allow Office to
communicate with the internet. You will need to determine who
supplied/installed the firewall to ask them for help.
