Office 2007 upgrade installation problem

I'm trying to install Office 2007 upgrade. I get message that the product
does not qualify for upgrade version. I have Works 9 and tried to install the
download for it required to install Office but I'm required to insert disk.
Don't have a disk as this software was bundled it my new computer. Is there
anything else I can do.
