Office 2007 Vista and Service Pack 2

Office Service pack 2 wont load on my Vista 64 bit Toshiba A305-S6916 laptop.
I have the office 2007 enterprise disk and loaded all but OneNote, Infopath,
and Groove. When I checked for updates, I was able to update everything I
wanted except service pack 2. I have tried three times now with no luck. Is
the problem that I did not load the three items mentioned above, or is it
something else? What do I need to do to get everything updated to SP2?

Approx.10 days ago I had multiple security issues with my computer.I
notified Dell and my computer had to be restored to its original
condition when purchased.I had preinstalled office 2007.I no longer am
able to locate the product key and ended with installing the trial
version temporarily in order to get a product key that inables me to use
the entire service. All 3 service packs have been reinstalled and still
no product key.Dell could not help.

I tried a couple of more times to update, managed to update one or two other
items, including an update for one of the items on Enterprise that I did not
"load" and finally SP2 updated correctly. I still don't know why.
