Office 2007 with Project Server 2003

Some users now have Office 2007 and will soon get Office 2010 but we're still
running PS 2003. PS2003 doesn't recognize Office 2007 docs (.docx, .xlsx,
..pptx) so that we can choose "Edit with Excel" from the drop down on the
document. Is there a change we can make so PS2003 will recognize these doc
types and show the Edit with Excel option?

Refresh my memory on 2003 if you could. Which document are you trying to
edit with Excel?

As long as your users are mixed, perhaps you should be telling everyone to
use the older file format until everyone gets upgraded.

Ah, you mean SharePoint support for newer document types. Guess I was being
dense.
