I've got a problem. I was going to try Office 2007, so I did everything and
then when I go to the SmartSource to get Office 2007 and type in my e-mail
address, I get a message.

ERROR!

User profile syncrhonization can not proceed! The email address specified
is invalid! Please contact customer support or try again.

Thanks for any help.

SmartSource is better avoided.

Navigate back to the page with the product names and product keys.

Right click the product(s) you want to download.

Select Save Target as.

That should work.

You don't have the protection if the download is interrupted but it
works, which is more than can be said for using SmartSource for many
people.
