I have just pirchased office 2007 and tryingto install and all i get is
setup cannot find office.en.us/office lR cab browse to valid installayion
source, and then click ok. Can someone please explain..

If you are having problems with other discs, your CD/DVD Drive does not read
discs properly, or is malfunctioning you need to replace your CD/DVD Drive.
If the problem does not appear to be happening with other discs your 2007
Microsoft Office disc may have a factory defect (which rarely happens), if
that's the case you need to call Microsoft.

Also you might be a victim of software counterfeiting, to verify if your
