Are there additional fonts that can be added to Office and/or Publisher. If
so, where can I find them - other than the install disk. I would like to
add, if possible, fancy fonts for publishing of a newsletter.

Well, Office 2007 can still use any font designed for Windows. So try
this 'Google search' (http://www.google.com/search?q=free+fonts).
