Either from Outlook on your computer or your ISP. You did look there first?

No. I tried to find it in outlook, but I am a little technologically impaired
and couldn't find it. It took me 15 minutes just to figure out how to reply.

In Outlook do Tools-Account Settings, highlight the account and click on
"change" at the top. The first page that appears has your server settings on
it....
