Are ther any issue's that I should be aware of when installing Office 2007
onto a computer that already has Office 2003 installed?

Given such a broad question, I'd say no. If you ever want to revert back to
Office 2003, you will want to locate your installation media and product key
for it.

while installing office 2007 if u click "upgrade" option.
Office 2007 setup may uninstall your off 2003.
