Office 2008, bought in Swedish but need English language

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) I have bought last week the Home edition of Office 2008. I always understood that with the product key I could download a international version and activate it with the product key. Unfortunately it does not. I have contacted the helpdesk and told me to uninstall it and install it again and choose the option 'advanced setup' instead of custom... and there i could change the language.... Well this option does not excists in the installation Who can help me??

Hi Paul,

as you have found out by now, the product keys for the download version
and the boxed version are not interchangeable. Your product key will
only work with a boxed version of Office.

You cannot change the interface language of Office for Mac; see here for
