I just upgraded from Office 2008 and I'm already questioning that decision.
I have a large document I'm working on and in Word 2008, I could just have the toolbox open and adjust paragraph spacing 'on the fly', but I'm having quite a time trying to do the same thing in Word 2011.
I did figure out how to add the paragraph spacing tool to the ribbon, but there has GOT to be an easier way to move from paragraph to paragraph!!!!
