Office 2011

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Anyone know if the 2011 version will have any performance upgrades? The 2008 version is the slow and loves the color wheel of death. I think it is ridiculous that an Excel sheet with a thousand rows basically brings Excel to its knees when you can put in a million rows, what a joke.

Anyone who might 'know' is under strict NDA to not discuss anything about
it, pro or con. Speculation is pointless.

There is a sweepstake running in this office on how much faster "that"
Office will go than "this" office :)

My money is on "1,000 times faster".

But as Bob said, "Those who know, can't tell us. Those who tell us, don't
know!"

Cheers

Do you have a workbook you can share that runs particularly slow? I've
noticed some Microsoft employees looking for examples in this newsgroup.
