Office 2K can't open Office 2003 presentations

I run a lab in a middle school. I'm having a problem with kids who have
Office 2003 at home bringing in a presenation and we can't open it on our
computers running Office 2000. Is there a backwards converter or something I
can download?

Tell them to Save AS 97-2003 type of presentation.
