When trying to install the application it detects a previous verious and asks
if I want to repair the installation.

Logged in as administrator to the local machine I get " The system
administraor has set policies to prevent software installs. Please log in as
system administrator and try again.

Where do I look for answers/

Using offcln9.exe to remove all previous versions of office, I see that
office for SMB has not been removed. How can I remove office so that I can
re-install it?
