Office 2k Update Not Downloading All Needed Files

I'm trying to download the Office 2000 Update: Service
Pack 3 (SP3). When I go to rename the 3 files, as it
states to do (see
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?
FamilyID=5c011c70-47d0-4306-9fa4-
8e92d36332fe&displaylang=en), but I only see 2 of them. I
see acwzmain.mde & acwzlib.mde, but not acwztool.mde.

I've searched my entire hard drive for the 3rd file, but
it's no where to be found. I even tried downloading it
again, but with no success. Can anyone help me? Thanks in
advance.
