I am having trouble loading office 2k - halfway through
the installation it demands a service pack 4 cd - it will
not accept either the downloaded .exe file or the expanded
version burned onto a cd. When I fail to provide
the "correct" cd it thows out a 1933 error. Tim advised I
follow ... instructions, unfortunately they did not work
and as I can't find the original enquiry, I can't state
the instructions nor say thank you Tim!
