[Office 2k3] Excel in Word resizes

Hello,

When i copy a large Excel sheet into Word and i edit this sheet by
dubble click on it.
This resizes a little bit. When i hide some rows, it doesn`t do any
strange things.
But when i unhade this rows (+/- 10 lines) they resizes tot 200 % on my
monitor for a couple of seconds. The words are big to. After a the
couple of seconds the resizing will be done.

How can solve this problem?
