Office 2k7 home & student asks for activation

Hi,

we've installed Home & Student on a customer Notebook under Win XP prof and
activated it right away. All was well for several weeks. Then all of a sudden
it started to act up. Every time when the customer wants to open a jpg or a
photo file the activation assistent pops up and wants to be activated again.
Entering the activation code that came with the package does not help.

Any ideas anybody?

This is a known issue. Call Microsoft support and tell them you're seeing
the "Picture Manager License Activation" issue and ask to be put through to
the PowerPoint support team, who will provide you with a fix.
