My name is Carl,

I am an Anaesthetic/PACU Nurse on a surgical unit. During the week (Mon-Fri) I can do a working shift from 4 pre-planned shifts (0800-1630, 0830-1700, 0930-1800, 1000-1830). When I enter my shifts in Outlook Calender for my upcoming working fortnight, I would like to choose from a dropdown selection of 1 of the available 4 shifts when inputting my roster into Outlook Calender. Is that possible?
