Will Office 97 (SR2) and Outlook 98 run under Windows XP?

Yes and no. Office 97 will give you problems installing, search this
newsgroup for workarounds and fixes. The easiest is to not install the
HTML options but that's not acceptable to me, it may work for you.
Far and away the easiest is to get a later version of Office.
