Office 97 Installation

I did everything on this page

and still couldnt get office 97 installed. It just kept giving me the same
error message. (error 797 object 1586) I tried to save these files to hard
disk but I couldnt find them on the installation disk.

After I tried to run the installation disk again I got the same error
message and then went to details and this is what it told me,

ACMSETUP caused an invalid page fault in

Any other suggestions??? I really need to get this installed. I would
appreciate help on this thank you.

thank you mary but if you read my post you would see that I already did
everything on that post...I was looking for other suggestions

Could be the OFF97_BB.DLL is corrupt since this is the file that is causing the page
fault.
Might try a new instance

Might try installing in safe mode.
