Office 97 Margins Set to pi instead of inches.

I have a computer on which XP is running. I have
installed Microsoft Office 97. The default margins are
set in "pi" instead of inches. I have uninstalled office
completely and reinstalled it to see if this will solve
the problem. I have change the default to the correct
inches, but after closing, it returns to the pi settings.
Any suggestions?

Well, so did I. I assumed you'd misread "pt" (points) as "pi" until I looked
at the measurement unit options!
