Office 97 & Office 2003

Error message received during reinstallation of Office 97
from trial version of Office 2003. Set up cannot access
the requieed initialization file E OS/System/OLEAUT32
DLL. I was successful in reinstalling other office
components but Access 97 will not load from the Office 97
Professional Version. I must be able to load Access 97
because I have databases still using Access 97. Thank You.
