office 97 on XP?

Can you run MS office 97 on a computer that is running
windows XP? Or do you need to have Office XP?

Office 95, 97, 2000, XP, and 2003 will all run on Windows XP.

Please do not multi-post - if you must cross post, please add all groups to
the newsgroups field (assuming you're running OE - I've never used the CDO
so I don't know how it works). This prevents your post from appearing as new
