Sure, no problems except one. Make sure Office 97 is installed and ALL
the updates and patches from the MSFT website are installed before
installing SP2 for XP. SP2 can prevent installation of Office 97 if
the HTML options are selected. If Office 97 is installed before
updating to SP2 it will work fine.
