Office 97 to Office XP

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I wonder if anybody could tell me what the compatibility
issues or features not supported are from upgrading from
Office 97 to Office XP.

Any links to useful sites or a list of issues would be
appreciated.

Don't have any specifics but Macros and VB programming of the two versions
of Word will not necessarily convert.
