How? I can't make it install. I bought the XP upgrade, but I can't use it
because I can't install Office 97 on XP. I un-installed SP2. Still didn't
work.

You don't have to actually install Office 97. Just insert the
Office 97 CD when prompted for a qualifying product by the Office
XP setup program.

I have the CD but I do not have the COA (Certificate of Authenticity). to
continue to advance to try to install . What can I do to get past that. Does
