Installed office 97 as an Admin on several pc's. Copied an admin user profil
to all users
Works fine for admins. other users get errors when saving a word document i.e
Error writing updated settings to registry (error 6 registry key Software\microsoftoffice\8.0\common\open\find\microsoft\settings\save as\anyText MRU)
When I click OK the Doc saves, the
when I close down word, the following error appears
Word cannot save changes to the global template because it was opene
with read access. Do you wish to save the changes to the template in a differen
name
Obviously I don't want users to change the template
