Is it an upgrade version? Did it come with your prior computer
preinstalled? If it was preinstalled, it cannot be installed on any other
computer as it is OEM and is tied to the system on which it was installed.
If an upgrade, it requires a previous qualifying product.
Since you did not tell us WHY it cannot be installed, the answers that you
get will be deliberately vague. Provide some details and someone can give
you more specific help.
