I heard that there was a comparability issue and /or a problem installing
Access 2003 on a Terminal Server. any thoughts on that?

This is absolutely the wrong newsgroup for this sort of question. In
this case the Access-specific newsgroups may not be much use either,
but they'd be better than this one. Best would likely be a Terminal
Server newsgroup.
