Office applicatins - Safe mode

Hi

is there anyway I can prevent the office apps presenting the dialog
"Word has detected that you are holding down the CTRL key. Do you want to
start Word in safe mode?"

from appearing?

I need to, because our bespoke COM addin does not get loaded if user selects
yes.

That is rather the point of Safe Mode. I have never considered that there
might be a way to disable it, but I really hope there isn't one.

A perfectly reasonable point.

However our software is part of an enforced security trail. If users can
start the app without it, they can then do naughty things unaudited.

Another way of asking then is: Can I enforce users to not be able to launch
Office apps in Safe mode?
