Office application version does not match

I have just installed Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 and am using
Vista Premium. Each time I open either Word, Excel or Powerpoint, a pop-up
saying "office application version does not match" appears. How do I get rid
of this? And will it affect the program in the long run?

Also, what is BCM Office addin? (this is the title of said pop-up)

BCM + Business Contact Manager. It has been known to cause many strange
problems. Go tot the Control Panel and uninstall it.
