Office Applications Issue

Hello all,
I have request in our company ticket system, but I don't have any idea about
how to solve this problem:
=============
Users tried to save documents from MS Excel and Lotus Notes and thay got
errors like: "Document not saved"
and sometimes second error: "There is no enough space on the disk".
It is strange bacause there is 360 GB of free space on that drive.
There is no problem when users first save documents on local drive and next
copy and replace file on shared drive via Windows Explorer.
=============
We don't have quotas on our servers.

Could you help me, if somebody had such problem in the past.

Thanks in advance,
Arty

Don't know about Lotus...........but in Excel, if you have a file open from
the network, and there is a momentary disconnect from the network, (a hit),
then Excel loses it's way back home and you get the "File not Saved"
message.........I used to work at a small company where they had FREQUENT
hits, and it was a real problem........required constant saving.

Vaya con Dios,
