Office apps do not work properly when I upgraded my HDD

I am trying to clone my 80GB HDD to a new 250GB and when I try to use any
Office 2003 application I get this install window. When I try to run repair
I get an error. Can any one help me with this issue?

If you tried to copy Office 2003 from your old hard drive to your
new hard drive, then that almost never works. You need to use
your Office 2003 CD to install the program onto your new hard drive.
