Office Assistant Does not load

I keep getting and error when trying to use Office Assistant in MS WORD. It says it's not loaded and asks to reinstall. I try reinstalling and it does not help

Windows 2000 also..

Tried repairing it - no g
Tried removing Office and reinstalling it (twice) no g

Any ideas??
