Office assistant error with XP and Outlook 2003

I am getting an error message in Word 2002 about how there are no office
assistant files etc... I have just recently installed Outlook 2003 and since
then I have received this message when opening Word. I have found an article
on it, but it doesnt state how to troubleshoot it. Any suggestions?
