I noticed a posting from Nov. 18, 2004 from a "MVP - Outlook"
regarding Office Assistant freezing up in Office 2003. I am
experiencing the same thing, but can't seem to find a solution out
there. I have checked the Office Assistant settings, and everything
seems to be set correctly. I also tried to run a Detect and Repair.
However, my Office Assistant is still not animated; it just sits there.
I am able to change the Assistant to any available character, and it
does offer the suggestions for questions I type in, but it does not
move around. I have not seen any new software or upgrades recently, so
I don't even know what caused the problem. Anyone have a solution or
suggestions for me?
