Office assistant problem

I am one that enjoys the Office Assistant and am perplexed by the inabaility
to change my assistant in Office Professional 2003 which I recently installed
on a new Vista based PC. I get a return screen after sequence:
-click on office assistant
-click "options"
-click "gallery"
The return screen after Gallery is "There is not enough memory available to
complete this operation."

If I right click on the Office Assistant displayed (clipit) I click on
"Choose Assistant" and get nothing in return.

What's up?

Well, you could consider this practice for 2007, which does not use the
assistant at all. Sorry I can;t help you with the specific issue you're
having. Did you try searching the acrchives for this group to see if it's
come up before?
