office assistant requires Microsoft Agent 2.0 or later, this prod

I have just installed office 2003 and it is running on the windows xp home
operating system. I have the teacher/student edition of office 2003.

When i click on the office assistant the above error comes up "office
assistant requires Microsoft Agent 2.0 or later, this product is available on
the Office system pack."

However, I only have one disk, which was purchased from a retail store.

I have no other editions of office on my machine as i uninstalled it before
i installed 2003. Does anyone have a solution to this error.

I did download the agent and the assistant is working fine now.
