Office Assistant within Outlook XP and 2003

Hello,

We have Office XP SBE / Pro / Standard installed on PCs here and have
decided to try Outlook 2003 first.

The problem:
Upgrade Outlook XP to 2003 and the Office Assistant works within Outlook but
NOT within the previous XP versions. Remove the Office Assistant from the
Outlook 2003 install and Office XP Assistant functions fine.

Strange.
